Request for Assistance
Our free and confidential Intake and Self-Advocacy Assistance phone line is open Monday - Friday from 10:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
If you are experiencing an emergency, please call 911.
Please know that we cannot assist you if you are calling about the following issues: eviction, rent increases, finding housing, applications or appeals for SSI and SSDI benefits, criminal matters, family court matters, bankruptcy, personal injury, or work disability claims.
If you are being evicted, you can find out if you qualify for free legal representation by calling 1-800-559-1565. You can also call Statewide Legal Services at (860) 344-0380 or CT Fair Housing at (860) 247-4400 to ask if either organization is able to help you.
Please go to our website’s “Self-Advocacy Resource Center” page to find self-advocacy resources and potential referrals on the topic that you are calling about. You will see that we have a lot of helpful information that may assist you in the meantime.
